The story of Café Saint-Clair® begins in Minas Gerais, Brazil, rooted in family farming, our connection with the land, and a coffee culture built alongside local producers.
It was at the foot of Pedra Invejada, in the São Roque region of Mutum, Minas Gerais, that this story began to take shape. Surrounded by mountains, coffee fields and families connected to the land, coffee cultivation became part of our journey and one of the roots of Café Saint-Clair®.
Our production is rooted in family farming, with close attention to the coffee fields and partnerships with local producers. These relationships allow us to combine what we produce with the experience, knowledge and coffees grown by other families who share our tradition and respect for the land.
From this origin came the desire to transform the coffee that was already part of our story into a brand with an identity of its own.
At Café Saint-Clair®, we believe that every coffee carries characteristics of the place where it is grown, its variety, processing method and the people involved in its production. That is why we seek to respect the identity of each coffee, working with different species, varieties, processes and roast profiles.
Our collection brings together coffees produced by our family and in partnership with local producers, as well as selected specialty coffees from the Matas de Minas region. These include our 100% Arabica Mocha, 100% Conilon, and specialty varieties such as Catucaí Vermelho 785 and Catucaí Amarelo 2SL.
From the coffee fields and harvest to selection, roasting, grinding and packaging, we seek to follow and understand every stage that influences what truly matters: the experience of preparing and enjoying our coffee.
Our story continues to be built in the same way it began: close to the land, farming families and the mountains of Minas Gerais.
And at the foot of Pedra Invejada remains the memory of where this coffee culture began for us — and from where we hope to take it increasingly further.
